The "Garage" Moment (2011)

Every great sports story starts with a huddle.

Ours began in 2011 with two visionaries, Jeff and Randy, who had a simple idea to help local sports coaches.

They reached out to Nishant (SportsFirst), a software developer with an obsession for building great apps.

They didn't start with a massive corporate strategy. They started with a problem: How can we make video analysis and coaching playbooks easier for coaches?

The result was a humble tool involving video analysis and digital flashcards. It was small, but it was the spark.

The Super Bowl Miracle

Our Big Break

GamePlan launched a pilot program with an NFL team: The Baltimore Ravens.

Our team worked side-by-side with the GamePlan team, iterating daily to meet the gruelling demands of professional football.

To the world's surprise, the Ravens fought their way through the playoffs. To our immense pride, they won the Super Bowl.

Seeing the software we built being used by world champions on the biggest stage in sports was the moment we realized: when we empower our partners with the right tools, they can change the game.

Going Beyond Technology
