The platform is already being adopted by high-performing organizations such as American Youth and High School Rugby and New South Wales Rugby in Australia, helping standardize coaching workflows while keeping training plans flexible and coach-friendly. 

Our role included technology consulting and hands-on engineering support, ensuring the platform could scale with real coaching needs and deliver practical AI, not theory. 

What We Built Together 

1) AI Driven Session Plans The platform generates tailored training session plans based on player development goals, training phase, and coaching priorities. This helps coaches create structured plans faster while maintaining consistency across programs. 

2) Multi Level Coaching Decision Hierarchy Six Degree Sports supports layered coaching structures, enabling decisions to flow across multiple levels such as head coach, assistant coaches, program leads, and administrators. This creates alignment across teams and ensures training plans reflect shared standards. 

3) Fully Customizable Training Curriculum Builder Coaches can customize curriculums, drills, session formats, and progression logic so training plans match the team’s style, athlete maturity, and season objectives. 

4) Performance Analytics and Tracking The platform includes strong analytics to track athlete progress, identify gaps, and refine development strategies over time. Coaches can monitor program effectiveness, not just individual sessions.
